Linked-in must -- 2 positions *Key responsibilities:* - Interact with the various business stakeholders and understand the performance testing requirements and prepare performance test plans. - Create and execute performance test strategy - Creation of very complex performance test scripts that are flexible and dynamic to validate the application performance - Execute various types of performance tests - Coordinate with the offshore team and ensure smooth project delivery - Configure server side monitoring using various monitoring tools. - Analyze the client-side and server side results, come up with recommendations and participate in go / No-go meetings - Clearly articulate the test artifacts that are understood by the Dev. teams, Business Analysts, product owners and Directors. *Mandatory Qualifications:* - 9+ years of experience working on performance testing and engineering of large scale web applications. - Expertise with the performance testing tool HP LoadRunner.
