Position: Performance Tester
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6+ Months

*Key skills required for the job are:*

   - HP Load Runner (Mandatory)
   - J-meter
   - Performance Testing

*Performance Testing:*

   - Experience in authoring the library files for Performance Testing and
   improve reusability Experience in setting up the Performance Test
   Environment.
   - Good Experience in doing Test Estimation.
   - Proficient in drafting Test Strategy, Test Plan and Implementation
   Proficient in Work-Load Modeling Experience in any Load Testing Tool (LR,
   Silk, RPT) for Scripting, Testing and Reporting.

*Application Testing:*

   - Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to
   develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products.
   - Develops and execute software test plans. Analyzes and writes test
   standards and procedures.
   - Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and
   modification of software.
   - Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends
   corrective action.
   - Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
   - Works on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage
   of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own
   judgment.
   - Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/
   guidance.
   - Expected to further build upon domain knowledge and technical/
   proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise.
   - May guide new members in the team to help them scale up faster.

*HP Load Runner:*
Experience in Load Runner VuGen, Controller and Analysis module.
Demonstrate experience in analysis of results, identification of
bottlenecks and recommendation of solutions
