*Qualifications:*
· 6 Years of success in scoping, building and scaling production
infrastructure and tools
· Strong experience with multiple languages like Python,
Ruby/Rails, Java, Perl, etc. and the ability to use the correct one for the
application.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work well
in an agile, collaborative team environment
· Ability to manage and maintain both internal VMWare and AWS
assets.
· Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), EC2, S3, etc.
· AWS certifications earned or in process are a plus.
· Experience with Continuous Deployment Environments and Continuous
Integration development
· Knowledge of databases, MySQL, MySQL Cluster, Solr, etc.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or 4
years of relevant work experience)
· Experience with information and application security including
public key encryption, SSH, access credentials and X.509 Certificates
· Experience with Chef, Puppet or another automation tools to
increase productivity and ease of deployment
· Experience in using source code and binary code management system
such as GIT, Bitbucket, Artifactory, etc.
· Troubleshooting and resolution of server/network issues
