iOS Profiles not seen by LC - what to do?

I’m coming back to iOS development after quite a long time and I’m using a different Mac to the one I started with. I’m using LC 9.6.0 on MacOS Catalina 10.15.6. When I try to configure my app’s Standalone Settings for iOS, LC sees my internal app ID but it doesn’t see the associated profiles,
