I believe this is due to the use of .irev scripts as opposed to .lc,
.irev makes use of the legacy irev engine.

Happily none of the servers were down on this occasion. As I explained
to you when I responded to your ticket on on-rev, the issue you saw
was that the status page itself was down for a period, and I'm glad to
say I was able to rectify this for you when it was reported via the
admin test please ignore

We experienced an issue just now which caused some disruption on the
server. The issue itself has been resolved, but there is some residual
high load which we're working to bring down now. The server should be
operating normally within the next 20 minutes.
