In v4.6.4 I get this:
error -Error with certificate at depth: 1
I get an Excel spreadsheet the opens up in Excel.

Hmm - I use a Mac and it works here. Maybe you need to add it to ~/.bashrc
instead of ~/.bash_profile in your case.
