They will notice and they will reject your app. The only way around is to set the extended attribute of your folder in the documents folder to do not back up. I brought up this issue in December. However it seems like the prob has been recently solved by mergext.

Hi, Has anyone noticed any anomalies with stack orientation under LC5 iOS. I and set a stack's orientation to landscape left. It works fine in the simulator and does start up landscape left. However it goes to portrait when I compile and test on the iPod. Any ideas what might be going on.
