I was really blown away by the changes and bug fixes listed in the 8.16rc1 release notes. Then I looked a bit closer and thought many seemed familiar. It seems the script to compile the release notes has either gotten greedy or something else has changed as it has grabbed quite a few additions from the 8.15 release and even claimed the new ones for itself.
