I really don't mind the fact. I even wonder that it wasn't done
earlier. Could also be done with other "runrev" and "rev" things
(for example http://lists.runrev.com and all the libraries).

But I mind the procedure. This is not "maintenance" ...

A single line in the list and the forums costs one minute each.

Except the subdomain livecodeshare, all other mentioned subdomains were 
accessible at livecode.com  for a very long time. 
forums.livecode.com  is online since 2014.

Obviously they killed some x.runrev.com addresses and
replaced them by x.livecode.com (but not all).

Under maintenance forever (so watch 'old' links):

forums.runrev.com/
quality.runrev.com/
livecodeshare.runrev.com/

works now as:

forums.livecode.com/
quality.livecode.com/

but doesn't exist:

livecodeshare.livecode.com/

And some links from the newest LC versions (LC toolbar
and Help menu) are to maintenance-forever-pages!

As I said, nothing is more than 90% finished...

I think what Herman is referring to is when you access sample stacks from 
within LC itself (but I don’t think I’ve used that since v8 coz I thought it 
broke back then ). 

But the forum and main site works completely on all platforms here. Maybe it’s 
a localised server issue?!? I hope you get it back soon.

Well . . . The website is accessible in "darkest" Bulgaria,

and I do feel that 90% is a slight exaggeration . . .

Not that I would want to accuse anyone of spending
a load of time chasing Filemaker customers
when their time could have been better spent
on sorting out the large backlog of bugs . . .
