Very sorry for copying all the digest text there in my last post, I thought I

There are websites on which you can check if your ip is registered as spammer.
If so then you can request to have your ip removed. Some spam blocking
mechanism use those kind of lists. Had it before on 2 websites i maintained,
where people complaint getting refused due to this.

Hi all,
I am struggeling with something that used to work with the 5.x Server engine
(on Mac but I need it X-Plat)
I am trying to POST compressed XML to Server and reply with compressed XML from
there. With the 7.x engines of server this breaks:
" into sReply
put crlf & "DATA"
after sReply
, but menus always
need tweaking in my experience, especially cross-platform ones, so I do end up
doing lots of stuff outside that context.
Maybe you didn’t want your question answered - if so, sorry for the bandwidth!

There is a checkbox in the menu builder called Set as Stack Menu bar.
I’m wondering if that is what everyone means by a stack menu?
Stack menus are far more primitive than that, going back to the very
early days of MetaCard in which making a menu meant laying out buttons
Nice. And along with that we should probably have the Menu Builder
automatically create File and Edit menus complete with the script commands that
make them work. For instance Save will save the current stack, Copy will copy
whatever is currently selected, etc. We can code it now, but with many

Another way to get the same result is to copy an existing menu group and
paste it into another stack.

What problems do you see? Just curious, since I've been using it without
any trouble for some time.

Maybe. It's a tough call with a toolkit as flexible as LiveCode,
since
Are you saying you still have problems with the menu builder?

Still sketchy about the last time you actually created a menu from scratch
using the menu builder but no matter. Rolling your own works fine. I just don’t
want new users to feel that there is a problem if there currently is not.

You can't.
Stack menus were originally the only way to make menus in MetaCard, fine
for when it only ran under
