Worldpay is a nightmare with every use. I thought Livecode dropped them.

I finally had to set up a 'verified by visa' account for second level
testing.

This is usually because your credit card issuer has decided not to allow 
transactions to certain locations. You can usually call them and get 
them to permit a particular transaction.
