Hello all, Android 9+ by default blocks non-https connections. You can workaround it by tweaking the manifest file. There is a bug report (and a pull request) about it. I have links to http(non-secure) sites in both iOS and Android apps. I disabled ATS(standalone settings) for iOS. Android just works. I think I heard in passing that Google will address non-secure web links at some point.
