RE: license info

2022-07-16 Thread Douglas A. Ruisaard via use-livecode
Thanks very much for the advice. I have, as of this message, installed
v9.6.8. What steps, if any, do I need to take to "activate" the "Advanced
Network Layer"?

Douglas,

If you have a business license, then you have access to the "Advanced
Network Layer". LC with Pro Features is the same as the previous Business
license.

And if you have a current subscription or a lifetime license with lifetime
updates, then why don't you download the latest release of LC, which is
9.6.8 btw.?

Matthias

Hi Peter,

put the revLicenseInfo

Unfortunately, you probably won't see my answer because you have to
white list my e-mail address or IP. Perhaps someone can repost this.

I remember seeing a thread a while back about an undocumented function that
returned information about the type of Livecode license installed.

I don't mean revLicenseType(), that only returns "Commercial",

type, the license holder's name and I think the platforms licensed on.

I searched Nabble but couldn't find it so anyone know what it is?
