Green screen on Rev video tutorials

I know this has come up before--I used to be able to view the tutorial videos in the Rev Resource Center just fine. Now all I get is the audio with a green screen. I can't for the life of me remember what the solution is to get these working again. Any help? Regards, Devin Devin Asay
