There is a something wrong or something I dont get about playLoudness
I am trying to set this global property but it always stays at 1.
Even trying through the message box it stays at 1.
I can set the playLoudness of a player to the number I want and it works.

reading/compressing/writing one chunk (say 10 MB) at a time, until you
have compressed the entire file. This approach would use the open file
/ read from file / write to file / close file approach instead of get
url / put x
