Indeed, I believe MS Excel and most financial applications use a Decimal
or BCD representation for arithmetic (or use floating-point in such a
way to ensure the results are equivalent).
Floating-point arithmetic (which Revolution uses) works entirely in base
2. However, while all decimal integers
function would attempt (heuristically) to
account for the error present in floating-point arithmetic and in so
doing would function more inline with human intuition.

Prior to 2.2.1 (I believe) non-breaking-spaces were treated the same as
other spaces. In particular, they would be eaten up by the 'word' chunk
*and* allow line wraps in fields.
The latter was reported as a bug and so 'fixed'. In so doing it seems to
have broken the functionality of the 'word'
There are were some issues with the OS actually finding the spotlight
importers that applications export in the early releases of Tiger, and
indeed, it sounds like there still are!
It could be that the point 'auto-updates' that you have performed (given

- the type of filesystem you are saving to (some FS's will normalise
filenames to *their* choice)
- the filename property of the stack you are saving is mixed-case before
doing 'save stack'

Just took a quick look at your stack - the issue you are having with the
missing text is that the group 'contents' that contains the fields
'Content' and 'Topic' is invisible - setting the visible property to true
should make the text appear.
