Stephen,
you could do an update just by double clicking the bundles / theme,
but this mixes up the bundle menu structure.
So, it is best, though inconvenient, to replace the appropriate
files in Library/Application Support/TextMate with the files
of the downloaded revIgniterTMbundles folder.
