Poking around I found that the documentation for
RunRev 2.6.1 is stored as a vast number of XML files;
the documentation for RunRev 4.0 is stored in stacks
inside a folder called 'packaged_xml'; obviously these
stacks are considerably more difficult to have a look at
than the XML files for 2.6.1
