I think the inclusion of the Rev R icon is the default behavior on OS X. At least that's what I've always seen. The way to get rid of it is to use the first argument to supply an icon type from among information, question, error, and warning. Even then, though, (again on OS X), you get an icon

I don't think you can have ask answer dialog boxes on OS X without icons... you could always code your own and use modal dialogs, but I think you need to use icons for some weird reason (maybe apple hig...). just change gAppIcons gobal props to your own... (this will also affect your

Stacks not being removed from memory
