Using shell to run .vbp files

[Roger . E . Eller]

I have successfully used the shell command on Windows to run a .vbs 
script, but the same does not seem to work with .vbp files. I am 
unfamiliar with Visual Basic Projects (.vbp), so any guidance or 
suggestions where to begin would be appreciated.
