Re: revOnline kaput?
Hello, Did you place Rev's folder in a folder containing accented chars. In that case Revolution Online (as it is the case for the documentation) misbehave. Submitted as bug 3355 ( 3337). The bug concerning the Documentation was present in previous versions, acknowledged and promised to be corrected soon... Tom- Saturday, February 25, 2006, 8:11:17 PM, you wrote: I just uploaded/shared a stack on friday. OK. Thanks for the confirmation. Somehow the revOnline fingerprint got corrupted. I deleted it and the revonline entry and uploaded the stack again and all is well. PITA though, especially with that nonhelpful error message. -- -Mark Wieder [EMAIL PROTECTED] ___ use-revolution mailing list use-revolution@lists.runrev.com Please visit this url to subscribe, unsubscribe and manage your subscription preferences: http://lists.runrev.com/mailman/listinfo/use-revolution
Re: revOnline kaput?
FWIW, RevOnline stopped working in my department's Mac lab (OS 9, regrettably) nearly a year ago. I can't blame Rev for it, as we're on our third sysadmin in less than that many years, the current and prior one both being current/former students, and the department has quite frankly let the Mac lab go to to you-know-where in the netherregions... All I know is RevOnline just doesn't work there, on their machines, in OS 9 (but with my OS X laptop present using their network via wireless connection via Rev 2.6 2.7, RevOnline comes up and works like it's supposed to). Go figure. This info probably doesn't help, but sometimes commiseration makes one feel better. :-P Okay... now that I've removed my idiot cap and actually read Eric's opening remarks, no, we didn't move anything, either. It just worked for a while and then stopped working. Judy On Sun, 26 Feb 2006, [ISO-8859-1] ?ric Miclo wrote: Hello, Did you place Rev's folder in a folder containing accented chars.
