First of all it is unreleased as of yet. The main change is the use of the class CacheAccess instead of JCS when using caches. Due to the move to Apache Commons, the package has changed from org.apache.jcs to org.apache.commons.jcs. This will affect existing configuration files. Other than that, your code should continue to work.
