We are running currently 1.19.1 and using also the JDBC Connector 3.2.0. Is
there an update planned for the JDBC Connector to be used in Flink 1.20.x?

The 1.20.1 release was voted on and passed [1] this week. So it should be
released in the very near future. It contains many bug and security fixes, so
for production deployments I think it would be worth moving to that version.
