However, we check that the Unix scripts (including start-webclient.sh) work
in a Windows Cygwin environment.
I have to admit, I am not familiar with MinGW, so not sure what is
happening there.

Is there any way to run WebClient for uploading the job from windows ?
I try to run that from mingw but has these error
