Look like you are missing a dependency.
Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/symcor/wlbx/util/Exception/InvalidOrgIdException
Resolve that and I believe that issue will disappear.

Yes the documentation can be a little confusing.
Here is the way I am building (assuming you have all the preq tools, Maven,
