This is really a docker question, this fails before guacamole even has a
chance to start. I only mention this because the expertise here on this
guacamole mailing list might only by chance include docker skills, so you
might not get the *most correct* answers

With regard to the logs of guacd i nothiced when running docker logs the
following line
guacd[1421]: ERROR: Auth key import failed: (null)
Not sre if this helps but please let me know if you require more detail.
