Helle, if you also consider webdav or any other cloud service evil as well, then essentially you have to turn off network connectivity of the target system. I have been doing this with VMs on Hyper-V (no network connection) and accessing them via Guacamole via the hypervisor (VM connect) successfully, but I doubt it is feasible with a standard RDP connection, as the open network connection could be abused.
