Somes corrections about my post:
With guacd 1.1.0, server-layout=es-es-querty and Chrome all works fine
(windows and linux with xrdp).
With guacd 0.9.9 server-layout=es-es-querty and Chrome works in windows
only.
With Firefox accents don't work. Not in guacd 0.9.9. not in 1.1.0. Neither
windows

I have checked de spanish accents char Ej: รณ on the guacamole keyboard test
and don't work.This response is showed:
With Chrome: 0xffae (unknown)
with firefox: if only one time press the key -> Nothing happend.
if twice -> 0xb4 U+00B4 ACUTE ACCENT
