I use a script to build the release notes, it doesn't take into
consideration that some dependencies have been updated multiple times
on the way to 3.0.0.RC1. On our usual update releases I try to had a
note recorded for historical purposes or the like, however with 964
entries in this RC I didn't

Yeah, I don't consider that stuff a big deal, I just like to doublr check
