I see a bunch off odd/conflicting things in the upgraded dependencies list

Actually the dependencies table looks better, then dependencies on the
release notes page looks funny,

I use a script to build the release notes, it doesn't take into
consideration that some dependencies have been updated multiple times
on the way to 3.0.0.RC1. On our usual update releases I try to had a
note recorded for historical purposes or the like, however with 964
entries in this RC I didn't

I think it's due to mistake in the Jiras on the fix version field.
It's not a big deal.

Yeah, I don't consider that stuff a big deal, I just like to doublr check
my sanity sometimes.. make sure there isn't something I'm missing!
Anyhow, excites to start playing with the release!
