It is not possible to send email in Karaf 4.2 with javax.mail API. When an
email is sent, this exception is raised :
javax.mail.MessagingException: IOException while sending message;
nested exception is:
javax.activation.UnsupportedDataTypeException: no object DCH for MIME type
