I've seen the same issues as Phil and believe that the whitelisting of the
cited APIs are a release blocker.
In addition to the input validation in the UI, I have also noted that the
Topologies list doesn't dynamically update on cloning or deleting of a
topology.

After some testing, there are some issues which merit another RC, IMO:
- Some services are unnecessarily held to the dispatch whitelist validation
(e.g., WEBHDFS, WEBHBASE)
- The Admin UI URL input field validation requires a port, which it should
not.
