已经找到原因了
安装kylin的机器有hbase的RegionServer节点，节点lib下放了phoenix的jar包，phoenix的jar包导致kylin
server启动不成功。
后续把kylin与hbase节点独立开来安装。。

It does not look like kylin’s problem. Using “$KYLIN_HOME/bin/check-env.sh” to
make sure there no problems about your environment, and please check your
Hadoop components(Hive, Hbase, Zookeeper) running properly.
