[Neo] Apologies for the disturbance

Today nothing has been working as it should with the neo4j-server. The mailing lists have been down, and trac have been behaving weird at times. The reason for this has been that we have upgraded the server for these services. The need for this came from the spamming of the bug tracker yesterday.
