[Neo4j] REST server: odd behavior in jsonAddToIndex()

Hello there! I stumbled upon some rather strange behavior with the jsonAddToIndex method in the REST server and was wondering whether this was intentional or not. At the moment jsonAddToIndex is the only method that does not accept content of the type application/json but takes plain old text
