There are a couple of patches under review that are currently blocking
the release.
Once those are done, we can work on releasing 0.6.

I'm wondering if we have a timeline for releasing Livy-0.6? Its been a year
since the last release and there are features like Spark-2.4 support that are
not incorporated in the livy-0.5 package.
