Sorry for the late response, I was just back from a business trip and started reviewing the PRs. I think the current state is, from the PMC side, Andrei S and I can do the reviews (and maybe Andrei B and Ben Mahler as well?), and Charles and Andreas are doing code contributions (thank you!). So
