This is a findbugs issue. I have also seen it at times. It has been difficult
to reproduce consistently to open an issue for findbugs. The only time I have
seen it has been while I have been running on windows, but that may only be a
coincidence.

I'm not sure if this error is due to FindBugs or the Maven plug-in, so
I will start here. When executing FindBugs I am seeing the repeated
