It seems, though he did not annouce it (yet?), Christian finished the demos
rotation. So now we have:
demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org running trunk
demo-stable.ofbiz.apache.org running R10.04 (the evolving branch)
demo-old.ofbiz.apache.org R09.04 running (the frozen branch)

Yes, it's maybe not that clear. It's in opposite to frozen branch. We decided to no longer backport bug fixes into R09.04 and older
branches. So they are frozen. But above are still evolving in the sense that bug fixes are still backported to them

I don't think evolving is the right word to use. How about stable :-)
