POS does not stat up in Mac

Hi I sorry to bother you. I tried to start POS, but the application seems to stop after the ofbiz logo shows up. After I run the following command, the only screen i get is Is there anything I am missing? My mac OS is Yosemite beta. Thanks for you help!!! ---
