I deleted .gradle from the apache-ofbiz-16.11.03 folder.
The follwoing I got.

I tried Tim’s suggestion.
Firstly, just to be sure I uninstalled apache-ofbiz-16.11.03 and load a fresh
one. I unzipped it to
C:\apache-ofbiz-16.11.03
and started the command
gradlew
It was successful
C:\apache-ofbiz-16.11.03>gradlew
:compileJava
