I also tried changing to the oracle Java jdk and resetting JAVA_HOME and
path accordingly and re-running init-gradle-wrapper.bat
No appreciable change except the java version

There is a table `SequenceValueItem` that manage those kind of
sequences, you just need to set a value above you max product Id into
the tuple with SeqName = "Product". Then reboot your OFBiz instance to
empty the current sequence bank in memory.
