answer but rather to do testing yourself under load and then check performance.
Nothing beats an actual test IMHO.

We have made some progress as we managed to have the security team open the
outbound internet traffic and all works fine.
Now the next step is to identify all the ip to be whitelisted as they do
not want to open everything.
