Hello Shikha, The statuses mentioned by you in all the scenarios seem correct to me and AFAIK it works in the same way in OFBiz. We can definitely improve it by adding a 'Partially Complete/Partially Fulfilled' status to an order item as mentioned by Pawan. Thanks & Regards Mohammad Katha
