Yes you are now on the right track.
The POS is specific and anyway remember: by and large OFBiz OOTB is more a
large demo than ready made (though you can reuse much)

Webpos is based on POS and in POS there are no such mechanism. It's intended to be set by hand, not sure for webpos though since I
never used it.

Hi all,
I am looking at the functionalities of the webPos and I wonder how the
webpos can discuss with peripherals device (ie Credit Card Terminal)
like the POS does.

I don't think the code in webpos is complete for a lookup on
good_identification. The form invokes additem in shoppingcartevents and that
method requires the passing of a product_id - it doesn't appear to do any kind

It should work, a quick look at the code says that an item needs to be
selected, a new price entered and then modify price pressed.
