The issue seems to be reproducible using 4.0.6 release (and no-one notice

So it's not the regression since 4.0.6
So I guess it is safe to add it to the JIRA and release 4.0.7, WDYT?

Installation success, Import backup success, Login seems to work, but I
can't enter dashboard or room. Eternal rotating balls and log stops at
DEBUG 12-25 14:31:27.068

To reproduce in OM:
1) as userA add video to WB
2) move it out of the corner
3) as userB enter the same room
4) try to click video to make it movable/playable
Result:
...then, everything is Ok?
