This user is a moderator (and super) of two groups, he wants to move
number of users from one group to another, so he deleted them from the
first group, but could not add then to the second, both operation were
done using ADMINISTRA
please don't forget to add group (use Reply-All) :)
I would say there might be no users to add
Maybe it worth to go to Admin->Users
and create the user? (you can add this user to the group while creating)

If you can register the external camera as a device on your PC/laptop you
can simply use it as a webcam.
