Problem solved after 2 days investigating why jdbc communication link
failure :)
1).Just disable option --skip-networking in script /etc/rc.d/rc.mysqld
(note: I am using Slackware-Linux, modify /etc/my.cnf is not enough)
2).Restart MySql service
3).Re-check listening port 3306, with command
