reconversion in 3.2.1? This will help us backport the MP4 enablement to 3.1.5,
until 3.2.x is production-gr

jpg file is required to display static "cover" image (while playing is
not started)
I saw no issues with flv files
MP4 files were broken (they were stored "as is" without re-conversion,
unfortunately there are too many _different_ mp4 settings and only
some of them are acceptable)
so
Should be fixed

video on whiteboard. We would appreciate any pointers to resolve this. All
other features, including users' audio and video. are working fine, thereby
