I am not sure what was wrong but I made everything again and now
everything is ok, I think that the problem was in the Database cluster.

have been implementing a cluster system using HAProxy with the scheme
something like:
→
(10.0.1.53) OwnCloud1
Internet→(IP Public) Firewall (Forward) → (10.0.1.51) Haproxy

What is your permissions on /var/www/html/owncloud
Which apache version are you using?
